4Test Tips - type StatementError: Too many types defined in filePrior to SilkTest 5.0.3, the maximum number of type ... is record statements that you can have in your test script is 512. This counts all such statements, even those within your include (use) files. This has been verified with SilkTest 5.0.2 and QA Partner 4.0.1 under Solaris (get test script here) 4Test Solution - This problem has been fixed with SilkTest 5.0.3 which now supports approximately 64 million data type statements. If you cannot upgrade, do whatever you can to only use those include files that your current test script needs. Limited success has also been seen by defining new data types to replace the use of LIST OF types within functions.
