"SELECT COUNT(*)" Always Returns 0

Version 4.5.3 of QA Partner always returns a zero when any "select count(*)" SQL statement is invoked with the DB_ExecuteSQL function. This has been observed on a Windows 95 platform.

4Test Solution - Install QA Partner version 4.6.2 or newer. Segue provided a patch for users of version 4.6 to download.
